• Air Transportation
  All air transportation services are performed exclusively by independent air carriers holding valid Air Operator Certificates (AOC).

• Availability
  Access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Cawa Air may
  Suspend or restrict access for technical, security, or legal reasons; and modify or discontinue any feature of the Platform.

• Users agree to
  Provide accurate and lawful information; use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Users must not
  Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or misuse the Platform for illegal or deceptive purposes.

• All content on the Platform is the exclusive property of Cawa Air or its licensors.
• Protected content includes: text, trademarks, logos, interfaces, software.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, or exploited without prior written authorization.

• Extent
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cawa Air shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages; loss of data, business, or opportunity; or platform downtime or technical malfunction.

• Compliance
  Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
